This is the best warm-up piece of equipment I have ever used. It is very effective and easy to use. This is the best price of any one around!

This stays put on the shaft, unlike the cheapo donut weights you can by that will slide down and whack your hands.

Using this for about a year. Love how it helps with tempo as well as swing speed. I have yet to use it on a graphite shaft as I worry when I see how much the shaft bends.

I was surprised at the difference to the feel of the golf swing with the weight in different positions on the shaft, it really does work and creates the feel of a good golf swing
