Play it from anywhere but the swimming pool! A fairway wood needs to get the ball airborne quickly and easily while providing distance. The upside down design of our Tight Lies fairway woods lowers the center of gravity so effectively. Transfer that to a shallow face with 16* loft and the ball gets airborne with maximum distance. Whether the lies are lush or tight, the position of the shallow face behind the ball promises a good shot. When played from poor lies, the results are simply incredible. Golfers of all skill levels will experience the same feeling. The Tight Lies fairway woods are all called Strong because the patented VMI Technology delivers distance beyond any comparable club at the same loft.

I was in need of a good 7-wood and I was pleased with this club. Easy to hit from fairway to rough. Also, you can't beat the price for a solid fairway wood.

Low tec, super dependable club!!

Excellent value for the money, no frills steel shaft and head, this club has the feel of the good ole days, well hit it flies the ball forever. From the fairway this club flies the ball pretty low but miles long... Very efficient in the rough, its shallow head just rips through the grass!! Needs a good golfer to master...

Pros:

Low-tec no frills but very efficient, value for the money can't be beaten! Will stay in the bag for a long time.

Cons:

Head is very shallow, may be hard to hit for beginners
