Payment
Scratch accepts payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Discover through our Secure Checkout. While your order may be shipped to an address other than the billing address associated with your payment method, please be sure to use that address in the Billing Information so that your order can be processed quickly!
For shipments going to locations in NY, or VA, sales tax will be added to your order at the rate of 5% for VA. The rate for NY will vary based on city/state/county laws. We don't like it any better than you do, but the rules are the rules!

Domestic

International
International orders are shipped from the cave Monday - Friday, with orders departing the cave within two business days of being received. International shipping rates do include brokerage fees, however, applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of they buyer. Please refer to This Chart when purchasing bulky items such as Golf Bags, Carts, Complete Sets with bags as well as large amounts of Golf Balls.
