I Bought these because i have been torn between blades and cavity irons for many years. I don't hit blades well every shot, so wanted cavity. Purchased Wilson Di9's lovely club easy to hit long, but not accurate enough for me. My Wilson Fi5'slades are deadly accurate, but very difficult to hit right every time making golf to much like hard work! I am now in my 40's and play 1-2 times a week and 7.6 Index. I have tried many clubs and owned many iron sets from component to major "off the shelf" brands.

The BH-5's are essentially Callaway X-12 or 14's, but do not have a bore through head-shaft design. They have a compact head with minimal offset and a nice top line neither thin or chunky. The feel when hit correctly is excellent. Miss hits still go straight with good feedback to what just happened. I went with the graphite Apex stiff and was pleasantly surprised on feel and very impressed with accuracy. The grips are Golf Pride Tour Velvet with the Hogan name on them. I found nothing special in terms of distance, but control was top notch. I would imagine a 20 to a scratch golfer would love these irons as they are very simple and un-fussy in appearance.

The price from RBG can't be beaten and they came perfectly presented in a Hogan Box with a Ben Hogan card confirming loft, lie and length. You just can't beat that can you? Great jon RBG. Oh and delivered to Dubai in 3 days.

A VERY HAPPY ROCK HEAD!

Classic irons that you can not beat for the price. I am a 13 handicap and these clubs are perfect. But they are stiff and you need a swing speed of 90+ or they aren\'t for you...I love em!!!

These clubs are money. Classy look. Unbelievably priced. Feel great when you swing.

After a few rounds you start to measure your distance for each club and realize you are hitting it 1 or even 2 clubs longer than similar priced clubs.

Hogan Graphite irons are awesome!

I tried the Taylormade Burner 6 iron graphite and the steel shaft. That convinced me that I needed to start hitting graphite irons. My first round was incredible. I hit more greens in regulation and my distance was easily 10 yards greater. I had to change to one club less than I was hitting with my previous Powerbilt irons.

I just bought my 2nd set of BH-5s to have a spare set. I bought my 1st set from Rock Bottom 2 years ago when they first sold them for $275 and I thought I got a great deal at that price. It took me 5 rounds to get the feel for them. After that I quickly knocked 5 strokes off my handicap and within 2 months I shot my 1st round in the 70s.

I really like the light, precise feel of the BH-5s with graphite shafts. I find that during a full round I\'m more consistant with them than other heavier irons. They are very forgiving and I have no problems getting all the clubs through the 4i up in the air.

In the 2 years I\'ve had my 1st set of BH-5s, I\'ve tried many other irons, but I just don\'t like the big offsets, thick top lines and heavy feel many of the newer irons have.

At the price RBG is selling them for now, I just couldn\'t resist buying a spare set in case I lose a club or break a shaft. The BH-5s are simply unbeatable for the price. Sad to see the Hogan brand doesn\'t have the cache it used to, but great for us bargain hunters.

Graphite stiff shafts, balls fly a lot further than my steel shafted clubs

Love these clubs. I was looking for a good set without breaking the bank and these are it. What a great feel and the control exceeded my every expectation. I would recommend these to anyone.

They are a lot better than the cheap set I used to have...I always wanted a Ben Hogan set, and you sure cannot beat the price. And there are still people out there who doesn\'t know who Ben Hogan is and what he did in the golf world...Amazing!!!

These are fantastics clubs for the money. Since Hogan was bought by Callaway, these clubs have a lot of Callaway in them. They look a lot like some of the earlier Callaway Pro Series (since they are not offset much) irons and offer terrific playability for most handicaps. I am a 2 and love the look and playability of these clubs. I am buying a second set so I will have a back up set for years to come.

These Ben Hogans are fantastic clubs, and the graph shafts, although adding an element of inconsistancy in feel on the odd occasion, will let me hit a 9iron a solid 150m (164 yards) on a still day!

They are a little long for me in standard length, but I\'m getting fitted shortly, so let\'s hope that helps with hitting the long irons better.

All in all, a fantastic game improving set.

Price vs Benefit, they are great irons. Easy to hit, great distance.

These are sharp looking and sharp hitting clubs. Never have an issue with distance. The 9 iron greens every 149 yd. par 3 crisply. Would buy Hogans again and again.

Played several rounds with these irons and love them. Very forgiving club. Clean look and feel. Can\'t beat the value for the price.

These irons are a great buy for the price. Offer a great look and decent hitting. Feel a little light when hitting the club but that takes getting used to. Great for a beginners set if you want name brand quality clubs!
