Nice packaging, however it is somewhat difficult to grab and hold on to the ball. The ball frequently falls out before you can grab it.

This is well designed and built. Weighs a little more than I expected, but because of that it will last forever! The headcover is not only extra cool, and matches others in my bag, it helps protect my other clubs. No regrets on this one....its literally the most awesome ball retriever I have seen in my 50 years on the links.

This is by far the best Ball Retriever I have ever purchased. Having purchsed 3 of another type/brand of ball retriever, after each boke within a month of each purchase, this Callaway Ball Retriever is a quality build. And because it extends to a distance of 15 feet, none of those suckers will ever be out of my reach.
