I normally play the Bridgestone E6, but decided to give these a try. I found the HX Bite to be a few yards shorter and not as straight off the driver as the E6, but it was still acceptable. The HX Bite had better results around the green, and stopped quicker than the E6 on full short iron and wedge shots. I had no problems with durabilty, and would recommend this ball to mid cappers. HX Bite holds it's own against higher priced 3 piece balls. RBG has a great price on a good ball.

My first drive with the hx bite had such a sweet feel I was hooked. My 3 wood from the fairway also felt great, the ball really launched, unfortunately a tree played cornerback and knocked it partially down. I took out my 9 iron and stuck the next shot on the green.
I'm age 74, took up golf a year ago. I spend 40 minutes a day at the driving range and pay a lot of attention to the various balls in the bucket, including pro v1s etc, hx bite feels equal to me; keep in mind I'm new to the game and a 21 handicap.
Pros:
good feel, not too expensive, and the Callaway name gives me a good sense of well-being, very important to my insecure game. Cons:
