You need an really big head to fit in this hat regardless of how it's adjusted. Seems like it's manufacture reject.

Looks quality but definitely a cheaply made hat. Not the most comfortable, but definitely wearable. If you're looking for a hat to match an outfit and want to save some cash, a good choice.
