a good ball for slower swing speed
March 16, 2016
I used to play Bridgestone e6 because of back issues, my swing speed is on the slow side. One of my golf buddies turned me on to the Super Soft and they are really a good ball. I used to have a pretty wicked slice, but after a few lessons and a change to the Calloway Super Soft, I'm hitting much straighter and slicing only with the occasional strong head wind. I now have a controllable fade with a draw thrown in now and then for good measure. If your looking to" hit the breaks and throw it in reverse" once on the green, keep looking. But if your looking to improve your chips and pitches with great feel, pick up a dozen. I'm a 60 year old 24 handicapper so I'm always looking for anything to improve my game, and the Calloway Super Soft golf balls really do make a positive difference.
Pros:Great feel, less side spin and very durable,
Cons:You can still lose them, even the yellow ones.
