Get a grip

These hand grips are a nice way to build up wrist strength for your golf swing. They are listed as a medium tension but this tension will be as much as is typically needed. When I started using them, I could only squeeze off about ten reps. It took very little time to build up to forty or fifty reps. Using them regularly has helped to eliminate the pain I had in my hands. Plus, you just might impress the next person you shake hands with.
Pros:Sturdy and plenty of tension. Great price from Rock.
Cons:They could use a bit softer material on the handles but this is not a reason to skip getting them.
