If you've got an itch for a new golf club--it's time to "Scratch It". I've done a lot of business w/"Scratch The Caveman" over the past few years, and I have yet to be disappointed. Over the past year, I've placed two orders with Rockbottomgolf.com, and have been extremely satisfied with each. Most recently I ordered a Ben Hogan driver and a #5 Adams Tight Lies fairway wood, and they arrived within a couple of days.

For those who aren't interested in dropping $399 on a driver or $999 on a set of irons, but still want quality brand name new equipment, Rockbottomgolf provides the perfect alternative.

Prices are good. I have ordered many times and it gets to me every time. There was an item out of stock once. I wrote a follow up note and they gave me the choice to get a credit back on my card or send me another product for same value. I chose another product and it arrived next day. Hello! Your prices are great! This is a Christmas gift for my dad and I am having it shipped to my mom's work address because he's retired and at home all the time (except when golfing or riding his Harley). My understanding is that the Adams RPM Low Profile 3 wood is 15 degrees of loft, 5 wood is 19 degrees, 7 wood is 21 degrees and 9 wood is 23 degrees. I just wanted to say thanks. I have received all of the products I have ordered and they were in perfect shape. I have written a review about your shop/web site with one good things to say. If it were not for me doing my homework and finding a helping hand like yourself, the clubs I would be playing with would not be near what I wanted. But you made this possible.
I was at the driving range the other day hitting the new HiBore you sent me and someone asked about the clubs performance. I held it out and said hit it and you tell me what you think. He hit a couple of balls and loved it. The next thing he said was, "I would love to have one but I can't afford it." I said sure you can, go to rockbottomgolf.com and take a look. The original puchase was confusing, as I was seeking a three wedge set, and while the price seemed a bit low, given the prices on RBG site, I felt I was getting a real bargain. As it turned out, I actually bought only one of the three wedges.

I discovered my error, and sent an email to clarify. RBG customer service replied immediatley and offered to send the other two at a very good price. I told them do so, and they arrived two days later.

I still cannot believe the great prices I have gotten for brand name golf clubs from RockBottomGolf. This site has to be one of the best places to get namebrand golf equipment for very little money anywhere on the web. The sets of clubs I ordered came very well packaged and exactly within the specified timeframe. And the clubs are beautiful high quality products at a fraction of their regular cost. The price I paid was well below any other golf discounter or closeout website I looked at. I would to thank you for some of the best customer service I have ever received ordering products over the phone. The impression I got was that you are using a call center in CA (got to love caller ID). They are doing a superb job for you! As far as customer service and my experience, I called in an order from work and noticed on the email invoice that I received that I was missing 1 Item. I did not get a chance to call back. When I arrived home from work there was a message waiting for me. Jeff, the rep. that took the order, realized the mistake and called to try to remedy it before I could even call back. I was very impressed by this. I was also very happy when Jeff called me back again after we did get the item ordered to tell me I would not be charged shipping on the missed item even though it would have to go out on it's own.

I find dealing with RockBottom a very easy process I have used them a number of times to purchase a variety of golf equipment and they are my place of preference. I no longer shop in retail outlets as the value is not there when compared to RockBottom. The only issue is the cost of shipping but I guess Australia is a long way away.

Prices are unbeatable! I have compared with other sites world wide, they are not even close. Extra free stuff with coupons are fun and good value. I always buy enough to be able to use the coupon code. The range is very reasonable. You don't always have all the options, but that is to be expected with the prices you have. Rock Bottom Golf is one of the best sites I have had dealings with. I bought the Taylor Made Rac OS2 irons and the r580xd driver. These clubs are unreal. My first round out with them I was flying the green, because I was used to my old very cheap set and was not used to the new distance I was getting off the racs. I am a 12 handicap and hitting the 4 iron well over 210 yards straight. It took 4 business days for my clubs to get delivered to my house, and I live in Canada. I was very impressed. This is what I call customer service! A nice way to handle the situation which I'm very pleased with. Since I meet customers myself in my profession, I know how important it is for a customer to be well treated. You will get a good feedback at eBay for this, I can tell you that :-) It will also make me even more positive to make business with you in the future. I sent and email from my home email address to Tom on Monday evening because my order still showed "Awaiting Shipping". I must have sent it just before you shipped because MY CLUBS ARE ALREADY HERE!
I can't believe how FAST the UPS Express service was. I checked today, using the link provided and found the UPS Tracking data. The clubs left your shop at about 7pm on Aug 25 (Monday). The went to Richmond, VA; Louisville, KY; Sioux Falls, SD and arrived in Calgary, AB this morning (Tuesday) at 4:39AM. They were delivered to my home at about 11:00AM. LESS THAN A DAY! - That's excellent service - I'll be sure to mention in my Ebay feedback. Thanks

I received my clubs today and I am completely delighted with them. Doing business with you is a pleasant change from what I'm used to in this country. Everything was just as you described and to my surprise the clubs arrived in Snowy Calgary within 3 business days WOW...

The Ebay "Find all transactions in the past 90 days" is not finding the transaction but I felt compelled to email you anyway with some positive comments.
