A really nice warm-up before practice at the range or golf outing

I use it before each time I golf to stretch out my shoulders, arms, back, forearms, hands, etc. I do not follow the DVD that it came with, but I do use it with my own stretches to get me loose for swinging/prevent injury.

Great stretch

I was a little skeptical, but not any more. The resistance is great. I am a pretty big guy, and the medium resistance is perfect. Stretches out shoulders, chest, arms, and every thing else. Not only great for golf - but for overall health. good to stay limber for all activities. ;-)

Didn't find it as easy to use as advertised. May be of some use when you are getting started exercising but found I outgrew it quickly
