Nice shirt - sizing guidelines all wrong

I ordered this shirt for my very picky 11 year old daughter. However, I ordered a size large, which was listed as a 14 in the junior sizing guidelines. Shirt came with a label that said 10/12. It was too small for my daughter so I had to return it. Be aware that the sizing guidelines are general, not specific to item (and I believe they are completely wrong for juniors). I've had no problems with the guidelines for the adult clothes.
