Hilarious

It works and is re-useable. The 'Ball' is a bit too large but at first glance it really works.
The first 'victim' was in a shopping centre car park and thought an egg had been thrown at his car.
It is not sticky but stays in place and the car can be driven a reasonable distance without it falling off.
The one I bought has now been used on six different cars.

Pros:

It looks real enough at first but as you get closer you realise you have been had.
Its re-useable and leaves no marks.
The victim keeps the ball and gets his chance for revenge on somebody else
