I've tried metabolism pills a long time ago and they really helped control my appetite and gave me a little more energy. This pretty much had the same effect. It's certainly not a miracle pill but if you make a conscious effort to eat less, you won't be hungry a couple hours later. I've also notice I do have a little bit more energy and I can last a little longer during the day. Again, not a miracle pill but if you're already taking steps to be healthy, give it a shot.
