This will stop flying elbows and helps with connection. It's a bit cumbersome to put on and move in, but it works.

Straps are a little cumbersome and you must have a working knowledge of the golf swing first.

Took a recent video of my swing... saw flying elbows. Used it twice, so far. No matter how much you try to take "your normal swing", the medicus keeps your elbows tucked in. Just finished playing 24 holes and hit 14 of 19 fairways. Very happy!
