Had it for 3 days practicing inside cuz of lousy weather and will take it to range today

easy to understand concept and convenient to transport

lousy instructional dvd but lots of good info on youtube

Not the same

The medicus sent was not the same as the one in the picture. Apparently, it is a newer version that I find inferior to the old.
Cons:
No perpendicular ball alignment arm/leg as in the old one. No video or written instruction. Being significantly different than previous model, how does it work?

But, its kind of bulky to take to the range, set up and use. When I do use it, it is a good training tool, will not fix all problems, but is good to help with swing training.
