i was working out with the thing and the hand straps both broke and nearly caused serious injury luckily for me i am very cautious about the sown things and was almost ready for it. These things are dangerous and should be recalled.

Cons:

handles broke on me and i fell because of it.

I think this is a great product i use it quite a bit. Not to be used to get huge or anything like that but it is definatly worth while for getting toned.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
