Fantastic item and gets you to shift your weight correctly through the ball. No more reverse pivots for me.
Pros:

Cons:
Price and Momentus website. However, RockBottomGolf sells it cheaper than anyone else anywhere.

Great for warming up

This is great for warming up as well as well as increasing swing speed. Gained around 10 yards off the tee. But it is cold here so when spring rolls around I'm sure I'll see a better change in distance. Great training tool.

I enjoyed using this right away. I believe it helps with my driver swing becoming more grooved. I have not hit any 320 yd. drives but I keep trying.
