Great shoes at a great price

The shoes look great! I have not played in them yet, but they were comfortable when I tried them on.

Pleasantly surprised

I've been golfing in sandals and sneakers due to a bad past experience with golf shoes. My husband has been encouraging me to give golf shoes another shot and I couldn't pass up the price on these. I'm glad I read the other reviews because I usually take a 1/2 size larger in Nike. I ordered my normal "non-Nike" size and they fit perfect in length. They were a little tight, width wise, to begin with but after my first round of golf they felt a little looser and pretty comfortable. Like another reviewer I did find the heels a little loose but nothing a longer set of shoelaces and a little modified tying can't fix. And the course was extremely wet and my feet stayed dry. I got the gold and I have to say I do like the way they sparkle.

Gaudy Gold Golf Shoes

When I first tried these shoes on, they appeared to slip up and down at the heel. Therefore, when I wore them for the first time, I placed band-aids on the back of my heels to prevent blisters from developing. After playing nine holes of golf while riding in a cart, the shoes appeared to be comfortable. The second time I wore the shoes, I walked and played 18 holes of golf. Once again, the shoes appeared to be very comfortable and gave my foot excellent support. I received compliments from the ladies on my golf league on the appearance of the shoe. I am pleased with my purchase. However, I only gave these shoes four stars because of the gaudy gold color and due to the fact that I do not know if I will get blisters on the back of my heels if I do not wear band-aids. Plus, I have not worn them when the ground is wet, so I can not say if they are truly waterproof.

2nd pair

This is my 2nd pair of Nike Lunars. They are the most comfortable golf shoe that I have owned. I walk between 27 and 36 holes weekly. These shoes have a very firm sole that lets me navigate hilly terrain with no pain toy feet. I would recommend these shoes to anyone that walks often.

I ordered it in my standard size 6, and it was about a half size too large. So I had to return it. I really can't comment on the performance.
