Scratch accepts payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Discover through our Secure Checkout. While your order may be shipped to an address other than the billing address associated with your payment method, please be sure to use that address in the Billing Information so that your order can be processed quickly!
For shipments going to locations in NY, or VA, sales tax will be added to your order at the rate of 5% for VA. The rate for NY will vary based on city/state/county laws. We don't like it any better than you do, but the rules are the rules!

International orders are shipped from the cave Monday - Friday, with orders departing the cave within two business days of being received. International shipping rates do include brokerage fees, however, applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of they buyer. I really like the color combo's available, I also like the full length dividers. I have midsize grips and they fit fine, I also have the jumbo grip on the putter and it doesn't have any problems. My biggest gripe is how small the cooler pocket is. I had a different cart baq before and it fit 2-32oz water bottles with 2 ice packs. This one will barely fit 1 if you really jam it in there. It doesn't seem as steady standing as I would have expected. Lastly I don't care for the shoulder strap ring, it looks like a weak point. I'll be keeping my eye on it, hopefully it won't tear. For how much the bag costs, I think I expected a little more. Hopefully I won't be disappointed as I continue to use it, who knows maybe I'll be proven wrong.
