Great for improving your swing AND for getting a good core workout

This thing is AWESOME! It should definitely help your swing. The whip really gets your body to react correctly to how the main parts of your body should work together in the golf swing (everyone's swing is slightly different) - to include disassociation between the hips and upper body. Additionally, beware, if you're not in all that great of shape then this thing will give you a good workout and you will feel it the next morning. I've added exercises with this to my regular workout routine.
Pros:- Gives you a great feeling for how the body should work in a golf swing
- Can be used with your core workout routine
- AWESOME all around! I can't wait to try the other two (smaller whips)
