Payment
Scratch accepts payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Discover through our Secure Checkout. While your order may be shipped to an address other than the billing address associated with your payment method, please be sure to use that address in the Billing Information so that your order can be processed quickly!
For shipments going to locations in NY, or VA, sales tax will be added to your order at the rate of 5% for VA. The rate for NY will vary based on city/state/county laws. We don't like it any better than you do, but the rules are the rules!

International orders are shipped from the cave Monday - Friday, with orders departing the cave within two business days of being received. International shipping rates do include brokerage fees, however, applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of they buyer. i had broken my hand 10 or so years ago. needless to say after surgery my hnd still had pain and arthritis in it. i have only had this a week but thanks to the wristband i don't have the pain in my hand while plaing golf or using my handto perform some excercises. i would recommend this product for the person with ailments in you wrist or hand.
