I have the momentus version of this club and my friend John has this one. It's a bit lighter than the momentus, which isn't all bad. It still stretches you out and gives you a feel for the proper plane, but you don't feel worn out after swinging it a dozen times, as you sometimes do with the momentus.

Pros:

It works. Nice price.

Cons:

Don't care for training grips. There is no "one size fits all" grip. That much is individual.

I am pleased overall with the item I purchased.

Pros:

I had only used the club for 4 or 5 days prior to playing golf this past weekend but I believe in that short time the club has already improved my hip movement and follow through.

Cons:

Have no dislikes at this point.

The club is nice but it could be a little heavier. It works well to warm you up before a round and won't wear you out like other weighted clubs. Great price well worth it
