Innovative workout set

I purchased these superbands from RBG for something to mix up my golf workout. The quality of the product is very good. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. I wish it had more detail on the summary poster, but once you watch the DVD a couple of times it's pretty easy to remember how to do each exercise with proper form.
