I would to thank you for some of the best customer service I have ever received ordering products over the phone. The impression I got was that you are using a call center in CA (got to love caller ID). They are doing a superb job for you! As far as customer service and my experience, I called in an order from work and noticed on the email invoice that I received that I was missing 1 Item. I did not get a chance to call back. When I arrived home from work there was a message waiting for me. Jeff, the rep. that took the order, realized the mistake and called to try to remedy it before I could even call back. I was very impressed by this. I was also very happy when Jeff called me back again after we did get the item ordered to tell me I would not be charged shipping on the missed item even though it would have to go out on it’s own.

This was unexpected, I work in a customer service environment and most businesses may have just said “oh well maybe they will call and order the other product later”. I just wanted to say thank you. My entire experience with ebay has sucked accept my purchase with ROCKBOTTOM. The service was excellent and the goods delivered right away. Payment was so easy and no hidden costs and stuff.

I would like to personally thank all of you at Rock Bottom Golf for helping me find a new set of irons. I sent and email from my home email address to Tom on Monday evening because my order still showed "Awaiting Shipping". I must have sent it just before you shipped because MY CLUBS ARE ALREADY HERE!

I can't believe how FAST the UPS Express service was. I checked today, using the link provided and found the UPS Tracking data. The clubs left your shop at about 7pm on Aug 25 (Monday). The went to Richmond, VA; Louisville, KY; Sioux Falls, SD and arrived in Calgary, AB this morning (Tuesday) at 4:39AM. They were delivered to my home at about 11:00AM. LESS THAN A DAY! - That's excellent service - I'll be sure to mention in my Ebay feedback. Thanks
