dont believe everything they say

i have no complaints about the product itself. they balls are in excellent condition. but when you pay extra for 1 to 5 days shipping, that is a bit of a lie. I order the golf balls on a sunday, so that day doesn't count. that's ok, but I got an email on Monday that golf balls were shipped. however THAT day doesn't count either. when I wrote it to scratch to find out why, they basically said that's the way it it, too bad. we will not even consider your claim. very very bad customer service. So I wrote to the ceo and he never bothered responding. so be careful about any problems you may have with a product, cause they don't care.
