The Exotics XCG7 adjustable driver incorporates added versatility in a 460cc 6A4V titanium head with loft options from 8.5 to 12 degrees in 1/2 degree increments.

Maximizing distance, engineers designed a Power Grid positioned directly behind the hitting area to create an accordion-like effect and increase spring-effect by flexing at impact. The Power Grid alternates in thickness from 0.5mm to 1.0mm, allowing the thinner dimple-slots to flex to produce a hotter launch.

Four advanced-position hexahedron weight pads maximize MOI for greater stability in each clubhead. The weighting positions the center of gravity in the optimal location in the XCG7 lower and deeper in the head for more stability and a higher launch angle.

Further enhancing stability, weight is removed from the rear center of the sole courtesy of a dual-step cavity. The cavity allows the extra weighting in the rear heel and toe to provide maximum forgiveness.

Variable face thickness technology offers multiple levels of thickness that maximize the spring-like effect from more points on the face, especially in the heel and toe areas. Completing the new XCG7 design is a Tour-inspired matte black finish which reduces glare and features the Exotics logo on the top heel.

Features:
  • Advanced adjustability options offer players loft settings from 8.5 to 12 degrees in 1/2 degree increments
  • Power Gridô behind hitting area increases spring effect and ball speed by flexing at impact
  • Four hexahedron weight pads in heel & toe of the sole deliver greater stability and distance
  • Variable face thickness maximizes spring-effect from more contact points on the driver face

    Great Club, great price
    April 21, 2015
I own the previous model, Exotics Rail Driver, its long and light. Thought I would try the next model with the adjustable head. I am still working to find the right adjustments for my game. It took about 2 weeks on the range and playing to hit the Rail longer than I have hit any other driver I've owned. I'm a 6 handicap and have been playing for 35 years. Something tells me this will be a great driver in a couple of weeks.
    Pros:
Great price, all the bells and whistles, come stock with a $200 shaft
    Cons:
Takes a little time to get it just right to match your swing, well worth the time put in.

    Awesome
    April 17, 2015
TEE is an excellent and often overlooked company. Best woods and hybrids in my opinion. Went from the XCG-V to the XCG-5 to the XCG-7 Beta. You won't be sorry!
    Pros:
    Cost, club materials, excellent playabilty.
    Cons:
    Not a thing!

    Wow!
    April 14, 2015
Just replaced my TaylorMade RBZ2 with this XCG7 and played 3 rounds last weekend. Long and far more forgiving than the RBZ2. Play the XCG6 irons - Love the Tour Edge brand, have played them for years.
    Pros:
Great driver, great value, and as always great service from Rock Bottom!

    Underrated
    April 10, 2015
I worked at a golf store in Florida and we carried a ton of Exotics. Their newest equipment is ridiculously underrated but it is some great stuff. If you look around they are always getting gold list from Golf Digest. I myself have a full set of the Exotics CB irons (old head stock) and an XCG7 hybrid.
    Pros:
Really High Ball speeds, Beta drivver has a lower trajectory, few different shaft options and lifetime warranty.
    Cons:
Unknown to a lot of people

    Outstanding club
    April 10, 2015
I am a long time player of Tour Edge fairway woods and thought I would give their hybrids a shot. Love the look and feel - very solid and forgiving on my usual less that perfect shots. Very high quality - highly recommended - in fact loved it so much bought the new E8 driver form Tour Edge - getting 8-10 yards more distance than Callaway Big Bertha!!!

    Crazy Long
    December 23, 2014
Probably the longest and best feeling hybrid I have ever hit. Ball absolutely just rockets off the face and impact has a the perfect balance of feel and feedback, not too clicky and not like mush, just perfect. Only drawback is the Beta line probably isn't the most forgiving I've hit so this club requires your full attention but you will not be disappointed on good swings. Ball compresses and then jumps off the face. Lots of shaft options available so be sure to get fit or at least try a few if possible at your local shop.
    Pros:
    Long Impact sensation
    Cons:
    Forgiveness

Very long, low enough spin to keep in play
    October 2, 2014
The other reviews are spot on. On well struck swings, this is as long as anything I've ever hit. It took quite a while to dial in my best setting with the Black Tie shaft. Mishits can be unforgiving but anything near the center of the face is going a long way. Rewards a patient swing. When I grip and rip it punishes me. Overall I like it quite a bit.
    Pros:
Very long, rewards good tempo, attractive at address.
    Cons:
Most settings leave the face open at address. Fades and slices are common, tough to draw. Not particularly forgiving.

    Great 5 hybrid
    September 18, 2014
I had older model Tour Edge 3 and 4 hybrids. This 5 is even better. The ball jumps off the club head and goes long and straight.
    Pros:
0 degree club face angle for straight hits!

    Good for better player
    September 5, 2014
I agree with the other review good but not great. Well struck shots travel further than any driver I've hit. Took this club out to my home course that I play very often and I always have a good idea of where my ball is off the tee and I was consistently 10-20 yards further than my normal spots which was very nice. The catch, you have to hit it pretty well to get those results. Not as forgiving as other models I'm sure but then again this is Tour Edge's better player model. Probably best suited for a 10 handicapper and below. Also note that it seems to fly lower than stated lofts. I love the matte gray finish and a little muted sound at impact hides how far you really hit it. I chose this model over the XCG7 because I prefer the deeper face. I can't speak to the difference between the 2 clubs but Tour Edge is a great company that always seems to be under the radar but I love their drivers, fairways and hybrids always consistently longer than all the other big brand manufacturers.
    Pros:
    Distance and Looks
    Cons:
Could be a little more forgiving
