Product Defective

The device is supposed to give you beats through an earplug to help you swing your club at the right speed. THe concepts great and when the device works, it's a great product; however, my device does not start at least half the time or stops working when I'm using it. Obvioulsy, it is some electrical problem and I've complained and asked for a new device.
