Picked up this putter a few weeks ago after reading a lot of positive reviews on it.
I play primarily public courses with slower greens so I was looking for a variable weight putter that felt firm. This putter was not as firm as I was expecting, but it is still a great feel. I'm stay that as far as firmness goes, it's in between a soft face-insert putter (like my old Odysey XG #9), and a traditional CNC Milled putter (like say a Scotty).
This putter only came with the one set of weights so I picked up a set of weights for it on ebay for like $12 bucks I think. I put the heaviest set of weights in it and loved the results. I've always liked heavier feeling putters. The weight seems to help my tempo stay smooth and fluid.
The C-Groove technology is nice. I wouldn't say it as amazing as some of the other reviews I've read, but it is nice. Again, for me, I like the feel of it.
The look of the putter is also very impressive. I work at a golf course and all of the pros their were impressed with the look of this putter. It is a clean look from address. No fancy paint of elaborate graphics. Just a simple design that works nicely.
Bottom line, pick this putter up. The feel is amazing and the roll is true. It has the performance of a $200-$300 putter for a fraction of the price. I'd look for a set of weights somewhere else and play around with them. Find the best weight combination that works for you and start watching your rock find the bottom of the cup.
Cons:Only comes with 1 of the 3 different weight sets.
