The 1 Out wedge is designed to tackle the course's greatest challenge - the sand trap. The heavy, super-wide sole puts more weight below and behind the ball making it easy to get the ball airborne.

The dual-flange sole design features14 degrees of bounce allowing the wedge to 'glide' through the sand without digging in. For maximum performance, the 1 Out utilizes a Lamkin Performance Plus 3Gen wedge grip. The grip is 1" longer than standard grip length, providing hand-placement guidance for greater control of bunker and greenside shots.

Try the 1 Out wedge - one swing is all it takes.

great feeling club

Haven't had a chance to use it yet but I can tell by the feel, weight, and flat sole that this club will do the job out of a sand trap or any where around the green.

A winner

I live in upstate NY and many courses in our area don't have bunkers. As such, my sand game is a bit weak. This weakness always shows up when I travel to areas where bunkers are the norm. As luck would have it, I had a vacancy in my bag and decided to take the risk on this club, based in the + reviews. I'm really glad I did. I took the club to Myrtle Beach a couple weeks ago for recreational and tournament bender. I played 9 rounds in 10 days and found my share of sand. This club got me out in 1, every time. Moreover, the shots usually hit and stopped dead. It saved my hide, to the tune of probably 12 or more strokes. Distance control will take some time to figure out, but I'd rather be out and a little long on the green than still in the trap. We had some rain while I was down there, so I had a chance to play it in both firm and powdery sand. The results were nearly identical. This club is worth your $. I ordered on for my wife when I got back from the trip.
ProsWorks as advertised in all types of sand. Worth every penny.
ConsA one trick pony...but if you struggle from the sand, it deserves a place in your bag.

Easy to hit sand wedge
February 19, 2017
I have only used a couple of times so far, but am able to get out of the sand with 1-2 strokes. It is easy to use and seems to be designed well. I think it will do a good job once I practice with it a little more. Better than my old sand wedge and even my husband's lob wedge.
ProsNice weight, design and loft.
ConsNone yet.

Amazing wedge.

The first time I got to use this wedge was from the rough on the side of the green on a 185 yd par 3, my tee shot had gone about 10 feet off the green. No word of a lie, I chipped it in for a 20 ft birdie on a sloped green, my first ever on that particular hole. Since then it's been absolutely fabulous at shots like that and up to about 50 yds out, gets me out of the bunkers exactly as the ads say it will. Can't say enough about this wedge. Balance and control is tremendous.
ProsDoes everything they say it will.

An Easy to Use Sand Wedge
October 4, 2016
I purchased the club a few weeks ago because I was having trouble with the sand wedge I had from another manufacturer. I found the 1Out wedge easy to hit and control, almost effortlessly. The club feels light and I have used it in a sand trap and just outside the putting green with excellent results. I have just started playing golf last year and this club offers a great deal of forgiveness. No longer am I afraid of bunker shots or selecting the proper wedge. I simply use this club and it gets the job done.
ProsEasy to control and I usually make solid contact.
ConsI have not yet found any.

The club has a nice heavy feel. Still learning to gauge the distance. It already seems easier to gauge distance than my old lob wedge which it replaced. The ball checks up quickly out of sand or rough...more control. I'd say it has probably shaved 1-2 strokes off my score...and it is early on. Good value for the money.
ProsWet sand shots; heavy rough shots; under 50 yards......all seem easier to control and less likely to make a major error. Value.
ConsNone so far.

I bought this wedge after reading a few reviews, because my success in getting out of bunkers has always been poor. On most rounds I manage to avoid the sand, but my first round with this club found me in a bunker four times. Two of them were because I was still getting the feel of pitching from the grass with this club and didn't hit it hard enough to get over the bunker. The good news is that I was easily out of the sand and on the green with one stroke. Eureka! I have found it! I love this club! Now my playing partner wants one too.

I recently purchased a Tour Edge Golf 1-OUT Wedge from Rock Bottom Golf. At 58 degrees I was able to replace both my 56 degree SW and 60 degree Lob wedge. I'm a senior golfer and carry a 5 handicap. The sand in bunkers, here in Eastern NC, is very wet, all year. I've played golf around the world in Europe, Asia and West TEXAS, during my 35+ year Army Career. I began playing again in April 2014, after a 16 year absence and within 6 months was down to a 5 handicap. The weakest part of my game is now short lob and bunker shots. Since I received the 1-OUT wedge my short game confidence has returned in the last 3 weeks. Lee Trevino has said "it's the Indian not the arrow!" many times. In my case, I've gone through more than a dozen wedges, until I found the 1-OUT wedge at RBG. They have a large inventory of all brands of pro-line wedges and can fit any golfer with the RIGHT ARROW!
ProsGreat club for lob and bunker play, builds confidence quickly, at 58degrees, replaces both a SW and LW
