    Excellent Irons.
I'm a 14.3 handicapper and I've been playing the Mizuno JPX 900 Hot Metal clubs for just about 3 months now and I'm extremely pleased. Before purchasing them, I hit them at a large retailer and also hit my current irons for a direct comparison. The stats showed I occasionally hit the JPX 900 longer, but my max distance was pretty similar. More importantly, I consistently averaged a longer distance. For example, I hit 15 six irons and averaged 150 yards with my 10 best shots, which is reasonably good for me. With my old clubs, only my 4 best shots averaged 150 yards. I also had a tighter azimuth grouping with the JPX 900. I'm hitting them more consistent and slightly higher than my old clubs. I don't change irons often and my previous were similarly priced Taylormades.
ProsThe clubs look good to me when I stand over the ball. Great feel and sound. Slightly longer and more consistent.
