Holiday Return Policy
Holiday Return Policy- Our holiday Return program is effective from: 11/15/20 - 12/25/20. Any purchase made within that time is extended by an additional 30 days thereafter. For example if you order 11/20/20 you'll have until 1/20/20 to return the order in new / unused condition. You may follow the directions under the general Return Policy section to make a return.
*If the item is used & you are asking to return it under the 90 Day PG, that is not extended for the holidays. Please see the section below for 90 Day PG returns & instructions.
- Item(s) must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information and printed materials must be in the original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a full refund less the original shipping costs and prepaid return label if applicable. All returns will be inspected prior to the refund being issued.
- The return must be received within 30 DAYS from the purchase date.
- Custom/Special orders and personalized items are non-refundable.
- We offer a UPS Prepaid Return Label Service for only $9.99! Click Here to print one immediately. This cost will be deducted from your refund.
- UPS Prepaid Return Label Service is only available to customers in the continental U.S.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

- Open Box items are NOT covered under the 90 Day Performance Guarantee. Only specified items are covered; if the item listing or link above does not have the 90 Day PG Logo on it, then it is not covered and will not be accepted as a return if used.

30 Day Electronics Performance Guarantee Policy
- Only items specified items are covered under the 30 Day PG program. All qualifying items will have the PG Icon displayed on the item page itself.

Incorrect / Damaged / Defective Shipments
- All products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Should you have a problem within the manufacturer's warranty period; we will do everything possible to assist you in resolving the issue.
- Defective merchandise will either be repaired or replaced. The repair or replacement process can take up to 3-4 weeks to complete/resolve.
- Please DO NOT USE the UPS Prepaid Return Label Service!

Pre-owned Return Policy / 30 Day Playability Guarantee
- Unused pre-owned orders can be returned within 30 days and will be refunded back to the original payment method
- Pre-owned items are covered under a 30 Day Playability program as well. If you used the item but do not like it you may return it within 30 days for a Store Credit. Please see here for details: 30 Day Playability Guarantee
