Returns & Refunds
- Item(s) must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information and printed materials must be in the original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a full refund less the original shipping costs and prepaid return label if applicable. All returns will be inspected prior to the refund being issued.
- The return must be received within 30 DAYS from the purchase date.
- Custom/Special orders and personalized items are non-refundable.
- We offer a UPS Prepaid Return Label Service for only $7.99! Click Here to print one immediately. This cost will be deducted from your refund.
- UPS Prepaid Return Label Service is only available to customers in the continental U.S.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
- If you would like to use your own shipping service, contact Scratch@RockBottomGolf.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. We recommend that you insure the item with the shipping service!
Incorrect / Damaged / Defective Shipments
- All products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Should you have a problem within the manufacturer's warranty period; we will do everything possible to assist you in resolving the issue.
- Defective merchandise will either be repaired or replaced. The repair or replacement process can take up to 3-4 weeks to complete/resolve.
