Accurate, but you need steady hands
December 8, 2014
This rangefinder does what it's supposed to do. Pick it up, look at the viewfinder, aim and "shoot." Problem is, if you don't have steady hands, you can't be sure if you locked on the flag, or if you hit the ridge behind or in front of the flag. It doesn't provide an adjusting range (ie move from one object to another, and the range changes) you have to shoot the target every time. But, given that i'm still mid 30's and have steady hands, it's not a problem. yet.
Pros:accurate. fast. substantial size without being too heavy
Cons:need steady hands and aim. 9volt battery. a bit too big to be handy.
