Took a couple rounds to get use to, but now clubs hit really well. Easy to control distance and spin. Definitely recommend.

These clubs are gorgeous and perfect looking. The soft carbon steel and feel at set up is better than any other irons I have ever played. Amazing deal at this price and for the old-style grooves too!

The Best Clubs Made!

I bought the 09 X forged from Rock Bottom as a Christmas 2010 present for myself. I'm sure the 07 model is almost identical to the 09's I have. (Other than the logo.) These clubs are the best. I've played different clubs in the 45 years I've been playing golf. These are the best. I played 24 sub eighty rounds in 2011, using these forged irons. Never played anywhere near as well with any other iron. Great price, great service. I doubt I'll ever buy another set of irons again unless their stolen or destroyed in some way.

Pros:

Beautiful, quality irons. Shots are straight as an arrow. Great feel. Distance is as good or better than any iron out there.

You know when you hit a good shot.

Cons:

The only thing is the soft carbon steel may nick easily. Buy a set of iron covers. My clubs still look like new after using them all 2010.

wow these clubs are awesome i couldnt wait to go play when i got them headed right for the course they hit so sweet with those rifle shafts that was a bonus when i recieved them if you ever wanted a set of blades i would jump all over these for the price you couldnt do better with a gun and a ski mask so get yours today

I purchased a set of callaway x-forged irons and the price was unmatchable. I would definitly use rock bottom golf for all the rest of my golf purchases. The one thing I didnt like was that I am left handed and there is not alot of options for a lefty. More left handed products would be ideal.
