Too big to carry

As soon as this item was delivered I realized I had made a mistake. The scoop portion is wide and is not suitable to fit in a golf bag. It would be OK if you use a power cart and stick it where a rake would go.

The Golf Ball Hog works very well once you get the hang of it. The construction is pretty solid, and it's easy to extend and contract the telescoping pole.
It works best for raking balls out of ponds with little plant life as the plant life lends itself to clogs. Same goes for stream, as the rocks at the bottom of the streams can make it difficult to rake the balls up with the golf ball hog. I can still get them, it just takes a couple of extra tries.
Overall, the Golf Ball Hog is good, and I do recommend it.
I would recommend this item to a friend.
