When I purchase this I was not sure it would work with my cart bag. I pulled it out of its package, there were no instructions but it was not difficult to install. It reduces back strain from carrying an extra heavy cart bag. It works great.

Pros:

This device make it easy to carry a cart bag when walking and not riding.
