A. We will accept a return if your order meets the following conditions: The purchase was made at www.RockBottomGolf.com, the merchandise is returned within 30 days of the purchase date, and the merchandise is unused. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To avoid the 15% restocking fee you may purchase a comparable item in a separate order (no less than 90% of the item's value), email us the order number when requesting a return authorization (RA) number, and we will waive the 15% restocking fee.

A. From time to time errors and typos occur. RockBottomGolf reserves the right to correct these errors on the web site, email, banner ads & any other web related media. For pricing related questions please contact Customer Service at Scratch@RockBottomGolf.com.
If you notice that we have a lower price on an item within a week of you purchasing that item on a Rock Bottom site, we'll give you a gift card for the difference! However if you missed a Rock Bottom deal, we cannot refund you the difference on a later purchase. With that said, all of our prices are GUARANTEED to be the LOWEST price at the time of purchase!

We buy HUGE lots of closeout merchandise, keep our overhead as low as humanly possible, leverage technology and then pass the savings on to our customers. We may not have everything that you're looking for, but the prices on the items that we do have are the cheapest that you will find, guaranteed!
