Crescent-Cut Sole Technology lets you hit any short game shot from any lie
The Solus 7.1 Series features the Solus Difference Technology of the original Series 4.1, and delivers a new blade design that gives golfers bounce when they need it, and none when they don’t. The Crescent Cut design allows the player to play the club with a lot of control on surfaces where no bounce is wanted. Solus Golf has also incorporated a Relieved Heel Area into its design, which prevents the face from closing on any open face lob shot.

The Crescent Cut Sole lowers the leading edge by an 1/8th inch, which allows better playability in tight lie situations
Center of Gravity is positioned directly over the bounce right in the middle of the clubface for ultimate trajectory control
In the square position, bounce is 4 degrees; up to 18 degrees of bounce in the open position for unmatched versatility

61 Degree...works like a charm

I'm always a little worried when I buy brands that I have little information on, but this 61 degree wedge is amazing. I've used a few of my golfing buddies Taylormade lobs and I feel that this bad boy grips the ball better than the brand names. The amount of spin you can get off of the club face is amazing, although it was the first time I've used a lob wedge so if your new to one, it takes some time to get used to. I was cutting completely under the ball and getting little 10 yard pop ups but once you get the feel for it you can work some magic....It's helped me feel much more comfortable anywhere from the 10 yard to about 70-80 yards away from the green, knowing the ball is going to stick or roll back towards the pin.

I HAVE 5 DIFERENT SOLUS LOFTS BUT ONLY NEED TWO AT A TIME IN THE BAG BECAUSE OF THEIR VERSATILITY.BUMP AND RUN MADE EASY,SMOOTH AS GLASS FROM THE SAND AND THE BEST WEDGE FOR A FLOP SHOP I'VE EVER USED.BE PATIENT AT FIRST,SHORT LEARNING CURVE IS WELL WORTH IT IN THE END.

Bought the 51 degree and can hit it anywhere from 110 yards to 60-70 without severe bounce changes. Very versatile.
