Great Club and great price

Solid Driver For The Price

I bought this driver about 4 months ago and after playing a few rounds with it I would give it 4/5 stars. The driver is very solid--I noticed a nice ball flight and decent distance. I liked the grip on the club, as well as the build quality on the rest of the driver. I wasn't a huge fan of the shaft....I feel that a nice upgrade in the shaft would make this a very nice driver. I also did not care for the sound of the driver when striking the ball--sounded very hollow to me, where I prefer a nice crack. The distance I got out of this driver wasn't as much as I've gotten with others, probably about 10-15 yards less than what I was playing before (Nike SQ 460), but I did seem to have a little bit more control over the ball. While I have hit other drivers that I prefer over this one, they generally cost $200+, where this driver can be had for $70. All in all the Diablo Edge Tour Driver is a solid driver at a great price.

Great Driver for a beginner

As a beginner I have tried several drivers, this one keeps my drives in the fairway more often.

A very underrated driver that is very solid. I have recommended this driver to several friends and all have loved it. It's long and solid and the price is ridiculously low since it ran only a short time prior to the Octane.

Great driver here....some comment on the Tour model being difficult to work with, but I found the just opposite. There is something about the Callaway designs on their drivers that is either unique or fits my game to a 'Tee'. If you are in the market for a new driver this Spring, give this gem a try!!

Instantly added 20 metres to a drive sometimes up to 50 metres. I admit my old clubs were very average.

Distance and Forgiveness

This club had great distance and forgiveness! Looks great at address. For a Tour driver it did have forgiveness on misses. It had good ball flight. Did not balloon. The club felt a little lighter than I would prefer but thats because of my quick downswing. Overall great club!

great driver went with the stiffer flex shaft though and still need to change the shaft to a stiffer shaft. if you have a fast swing speed you will more than likely need to reshaft this driver. but still after reshafting driver performs better than my friends 400$ driver and he is jealous.
