Adds confidence to your game.

Being able to tee the ball at the desired height adds confidence to swinging the driver through the ball. I have used wooden tees with lines to aid in the depth of the tee but they broke after just one drive so multiple tees were used to complete the round. Each tee will last a long time IF you remember to pick it up after you tee off.
Pros:Construction, design, endurance, and price. Don't have to have a pocket full of tees hiding your divot repair and ball marker.
Cons:If the tee box is hard it may be a little difficult to place the tee in the ground because you won't be able to do it in the same manner you would with a wooden tee.
