Ok, so if you are just starting out, probably not the ball for you simple because of the price. But if you only use 1-2 balls a match you should definitely invest the extra money. Your scorecard will appreciate it.

Play sanctioned tournaments. I use all kinds of different balls through the winter but when Spring rolls around I am looking for the Buy 3 get 1 Free deal from Titleist. Sure, they are expensive. But if you can play the best you should play the best.

Perhaps not the best choice for the player who spins the ball. If so, consider hitting the Pro V1x instead.
