    Quality product with nice features.

With winter in Chicago, I won't have a chance to use it on the course until next spring. My 15 year old Bushnell finally bit the dust, and the GolfBuddy looks like an excellent replacement. It's compact, light, has a nice carry case and all the features you need. I tested it indoors and like the functionality.
    ProsLight and compact
ConsSmall size will take some getting used to after using my binocular size Bushnell.

Very pleased with item. Much smaller than my previous Bushnell but works just as well. Much better value than my previous Bushnell.

    Steady on
    May 7, 2016
I am still getting used to using the the range finder while playing as it has not been part of my pre shot routine. I chose the laser option so I could get accurate measures to the flag. It is quick to provide the measurement and simple to use. I find it hard to hold steady and sometimes think I pick up other items rather than the flag. I therefore make sure I have some idea of what the measure is likely to be from the fairway distance markers. I have still to get used to the scan and other feature.
ProsThe carry case and attachment carabiner The clarity of the data on the screen Lightweight Straight forward to use Has metre and yard measurement options
ConsHard to hold steady on the flag

    Great Product for Price Paid
    April 15, 2016
This isnt a Bushnell, I think we can all agree but for the price I paid this is a great product. I have used bushnell and they do the same thing, the only difference is Bushnell vibrates when you lock on to the target, Golf Buddy does not. I have played 3 rounds with my golf buddy and my scores have lowered about 3 strokes each time. I hit more greens as I was able to get an accurate distance. I did find sometimes that I was Lasering in on the a target that was behind the green because the golf buddy couldnt pick up the flag. However after aiming steadly I was able to locate the target, so Having the vibrating ability wouldve helped out in that regard. Overall, i am very pleased and would recommend this product to everyone!!
ProsAccurate Distance Great Look Nice protective case
ConsNo vibrating effect when locked in on target

I've had this rangefinder for a couple weeks and so far it's been great. I really like the 6x, and the different settings.
