I like the six sections with full-length dividers. Yes, the grips and shafts may rub together when stowed in the same section, but this is no different than the other 5 or 6 divider bags. The full-length dividers will at least limit the number of club grips and shafts that will rub against each other.
I love the divot (pitch mark) tool sleeve and pen sleeve, which are easy to access while wearing the bag and walking the hole. The card sleeve is a nice touch; it can be used for holding a notebook if you score electronically as I do.
The smartphone pocket is a nice addition but is a tight fit lengthwise for my phone (which is 6.28€ or 159.4 mm long). It otherwise is a good fit for the width (2.99 €œ or 76 mm) and depth (0.37€ or 9.3mm) of my phone. The valuables section is nice, although I can€™t zip the pocket closed with both my phone and my 1€ thick wallet in the pocket. A money clip, minimalist wallet, and loose or banded valuables shouldn€™t have that problem.
The hydration pockets can fit a water bottle with a 3€ diameter that is 9€ tall which tapers to about 2.5 €œ at the top. Anything taller or wider and the pockets won€™t close completely. A 3€ wide bottle does make it tougher to get the pitch mark tool out of the bag while walking, but not impossible.
The one major drawback I have is the golf umbrella mounting location. The leg closest to the umbrella catches on the umbrella; which prevents the leg from extending out. Other bags that I€™ve used have the loop for the umbrella tip farther away from the legs.
