    Useful and practical, but check out the SKLZ one for 75% less scratch...

    It works as stated. Great for limbering you up and building swing speed.....But the SKLZ one is just as good and $80 cheaper,,,,

    Once you can learn to control this hitting a normal driver seems easy, and it will help you pick up club head speed
