Living in MN I can’t golf year round...... the OptiShot is the scratch that sure hits the itch. Simple to set up and use. Definitely and affordable options in home simulator golf.

This is a great little system for a great price. It does have a few quirks with lighting, but nothing that can't be overcome. Use it for practice and the option to play in monthly tournaments is a lot of fun.

ConsNumerous. Very inaccurate, requires special lighting, have to calibrate all your clubs and even then, it still doesn't work.
Don't waste your money. Do some research for a more accurate, more realistic system.

Best budget Golf Sim

I installed my OptiShot2 about 6 weeks ago and have used it several times. Although it is dependent on proper lighting, when the lighting is right, the system works pretty well. It lacks the features of a full-fledged golf sim (ball angle, ball tracking, etc.) but gets the important parts (club speed, club path, club angle). I am not a pro golfer but am striving to become better, the OptiShot2 gives me valuable feedback which I can use to better adjust my shots. For the price I'd recommend the OptiShot2!

I got this simulator for my office and we all love it. It may not be 100% accurate such as a ball flight tracker, but it is close enough and provides hours of fun.
