Golf Putter FAQ
What are the different types of putter heads?
The two basic types of putter heads are blade and mallet, which are classified according to their shape.
What is an advantage of a mallet-style putter?
The more oversized mallet-style putter helps add stability to your putt. The Cleveland Golf Huntington Beach Soft #11 Putter offers strategic weight distribution through the mallet-shaped head for a larger sweet spot to help you sink more putts.
What is a major advantage of a face-balanced putter?
A blade putter offers more precision than a mallet putter. They are better suited for the more advanced golfer.
What putter has the largest strike area or sweet spot?
The mallet putter has the most striking area on the clubface, which offers an optimal shot.
What is a critical thing to consider when selecting a putter?
Make sure the putter matches your playing style and is the correct length for your height.

I have the Cleveland Golf Huntington Beach Soft Premier 11 model and it’s awesome. The price is incredible and the performance is as good as it gets. I need to work on long lag putts because the putter is a little heavier than my old one. The feel of the ball coming off the putter is firm but pleasant. A miss hit can be felt but the ball does seem to travel with out a big loss in distance.

Huge fan of this putter
I had the original when it first came out and I'm wondering why I ever branched out to different putters. The Odyssey Golf DFX 2-Ball Putter redesign is beautiful and gives me confidence over the ball. The feel is magnificent. This seems like a steal for the price.

my first mallet putter
This Ray Cook Silver Ray SR500 Putter is my first mallet style putter. weight seems decent. shaft angle takes some getting used to though. (for me) it's angled inward after the shaft bend. we will see after I play tomorrow!

Could not pass up the great price for the Taylor Made Spider tour putter. I went with the open box option. Could not be happier. Delivery was exceptional.
