PURE PERFORMANCE
Crafted with the same Tour-inspired precision milled mechanical lines as its Newport 2 counterpart, the Special Select Newport 2.5 introduces a new small slant neck configured to offer 3/4 shaft of offset with a view-enhancing setup that enhances toe flow. With refinements made to every facet, this model continues its design evolution with an insert-free, solid stainless steel putter head milled in the USA. Featuring a flatter, narrower topline and new tungsten sole weights for a larger sweet spot and soft tri-sole milling for effortless setup, the Special Select Newport 2.5 incorporates the line’s mid-milled face pattern and elegant new Tour-inspired “cherry rings” reminiscent of legendary title-taking models.
REFINED SMALL SLANT NECK
The re-shaped and re-engineered small slant neck lays back slightly and employs a seamless shaft-over setup for an uninterrupted view of the ball from address with nearly one shaft of offset in a configuration that encourages a bit of toe flow.
SOLID MILLED CONSTRUCTION
With a focus on creating the finest milled putters possible, every Scotty Cameron Special Select model is milled from a solid block of 303 stainless steel in the United States, given a mid-milled face pattern and hand finished for superior feel and pure performance.
PERFORMANCE BALANCED WEIGHTING
New performance balanced weighting keeps the Special Select line’s sleek head shapes within modern weight specifications for proper weight-to-length setup by using heavier tungsten sole weights to increase stability and produce a larger sweet spot for optimal balance and weight distribution in the Special Select Newport, Newport 2 and Newport 2.5 blade models.
SOFT TRI-SOLE DESIGN
The Tour-inspired soft tri-sole design provides the player with a self-soling feature at address for proper setup and a stable, aesthetically pleasing view of the topline from the moment the putter is placed on the green.
NEW PISTOLINI PLUS GRIP
Each Special Select putter is accessorized with Scotty’s new Pistolini Plus grip that marries the Pistolini shape with a less tapered lower hand profile for feel and performance.
